Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Big Jammin, a community jam night open to singers and musicians of all levels. These terms help us keep the vibe fun, friendly, and fair for everyone.

1. Tickets

Tickets are £10 and available via our website: www.bigjammin.com.

All sales are final — no refunds.

Proceeds go to The Swan Song Project. We’ll also have donation buckets on the night.
2. Who Can Take Part?

Big Jammin is open to anyone who wants to sing or play an instrument — all skill levels welcome.

Upon booking, please let us know your name and what instrument you’ll be bringing or if you're singing.

No experience? No problem. This night is all about joining in and having fun.
3. Song Sheets

Lyrics and guitar chords are available online before the event — we recommend printing them in advance.

You’re encouraged to sing out loud, give the solos a go, and don't worry about it being perfect!
4. Age Policy

We understand that some young people might really enjoy taking part in this event, we would advise this event is not suitable for under 16's, but please speak to us as we are happy to discuss. However, all under 18's must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and must wear a wrist band provided.

Please be aware this is an adult environment held in a venue with a licensed bar.
5. Equipment & Setup​

Guitarists may bring a small amplifier but it must be PAT tested.

Please bring your own PAT tested extension cable if needed.

Arrive early for any setup assistance — we’ll do our best to help!
6. Respect & Vibe

Big Jammin is a supportive, inclusive space — no judgment, no egos.

Be kind, be encouraging, and clap loudly.

Offensive language, discriminatory behaviour, or disruptive conduct will not be tolerated.
7. Media & Promotion

We may take photos or short videos during the night for social media.

Let us know if you'd prefer not to be featured or tagged.
8. Join The Jam
This is about community, connection, and music. So print your lyrics / chords, bring your instrument, and have a go — even if it’s your first time. If you feel nervous and need a pep talk, come and chat to us, we'll look after you! But rest assured, nobody will be singled out or asked to sing or play on their own. We're all about the community and the love!
